I actually use Paper.li on Twitter to aggregate tweets about t-shirts, as I want to keep myself informed about the latest designs and trends and I only ever had problems once: someone resented having his tweet featured in my daily (shameless plug if you're interested to look at it --> T-Shirts Creators ; it updates daily) and got quite aggressive about it. Most people like being featured and mentioned but some peeps mistake it for spam, which it isn't, especially since you can opt out from being featured and mentioned...
Someone wrote an article about what Paper.li is, what it is used for and how to go about preventing it from mentioning you and publishing your tweets in its online newspapers. The article is accessible by clicking the link below.
What to do if you don't want to be mentioned by Paper.li or your tweets to be featured in a paper.li daily
So, if you have been mentioned by it and you don't want to be anymore, you will know the procedure to follow. And if you are the editor of a daily on paper.li, you know what to tell someone who comes to you complaining.
